PAYMENT SYSTEM IS TOTALLY BROKEN

I left EE over this issue. For the last 2 years I have had to manually call EE on the phone to pay my bill. Every direct debit I've setup has never come out. And I have been hit with late fees each time. The online payment system just says "unable to load information, its not your fault" please try again later" whenever I attempt to pay, and now because I have left EE I am unable to pay my final device bill over the phone because I am constantly told that my number doesn't match. How am I expected to give EE my money when they refuse to fix the broken system that forced me to leave to avoid late fees. If this can be fixed within the next decade that would be preferable great.

For reference I work during EEs open office hours. 90% of the time. It is unacceptable to me that they claim to have multiple ways to pay but the only option I have is to physically talk to a person which takes time out of my work day.

@Dreadedmetal   So are you saying THIS doesn’t work for you.   And customer support is open 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 8am-8pm Saturday-Sunday.    If the system was broken I’ll never pay my bill as it’s setup via DD. It could simply be your bank blocking the DD have you spoken with your bank about this ?

Yes. That doesn't work because that is not for my device plan.

Customer service call doesn't help because I am unable to call while I am
at work

@Dreadedmetal  Oh it’s the flex contract to pay the device.   As I said customer support is 7 days a week 8am-9pm weekday 8am-8pm weekends.      Are you saying you’re at work during these times ?  That’s 94 per week.
