Has anyone been charged for cancelling their contract and trying to get their PAC number 14 days before their contract is due to end?

Hi @amycog 

Welcome to the community.

There shouldn't be an early termination fee, if you're in the last 30 days of your contract. However, by requesting your PAC, you are giving your 30 days notice of cancellation. Once you use the PAC, you'll be charged for the remainder of that 30 days.

Welcome to the community.

There shouldn't be an early termination fee, if you're in the last 30 days of your contract. However, by requesting your PAC, you are giving your 30 days notice of cancellation. Once you use the PAC, you'll be charged for the remainder of that 30 days.
