Hello, 

I bought a phone this weekend from EE and took out a new contract. On this I had a 20% discount code, which brought the monthly payments down. However on the app it says they are taking it this week and it is not the discounted amount. Any recommendations on what to do?

You may have to wait until you get notification that your bill is ready, then you should see the discount.

If you are worried, though, I would suggest speaking to customer service.

@Beth2383  if you look at your account and go to add-ons, it should say whether you’ve got a discount applied to your account.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
