Overcharged on new plan

So I called EE trying to top up my phone with a ten pound bundle the guy on the phone ended up roping me into a sim contract £9.80 a month for 25g and unlimited calls and texts after a year the price would increase the call to EE was only like a week or two ago when they tried to take the money out early so the money was in my savings so I didn’t spend it they text me saying there was a fee of five pounds for late payment I text them PAY so I could pay and now they are trying to charge me £60 everytime I try call them they never pick up

Does your plan show as £60 or do you have any extra charges showing on your bill? 

Did the direct debit fail twice?

It just shows up as £59 something and I tried to call but it just says they can’t connect me call back again and I’ve been calling for days the direct debit failed twice

Is there something else showing on your bill breakdown outside of your monthly plan cost, @Hricho?

If not, I'd recommend chatting with our messaging team via the help section of the EE app.

They'll be able to access your account and run through your bill with you.
