I've accidently left my billing account empty and now I can't figure out how to pay the outstanding bill and renew my contract could anyone help? I tried on the phone but it would stop responding as soon as I entered my details

You can make a payment in your My EE app for the bill amount.
Has your service been suspended? or, are you looking to upgrade to a new contract?
