I want to speak to someone online about my bill but start conversation button does not appear. Help!

If you are on contract just click "Contact Us" at the top of any Community page and follow through for what you want until you see "Start conversation" to Live Chat during UK business hours.

Start conversation hasn’t even appeared since I’ve tried the morning until now. 

it states they are open 8am-10pm Monday Thursday 

It states "We're open 8am to 10.30pm every day" for me!

10:30 is what I meant. 
cant get through via phone and start conversation hasn’t appeared once even with redressing the page
