One off charge

I have renewed my contract and was supposed to be paying £22 per month but my first bill has come back as £36 with one off charges. I am really upset about what this payment is and why I have to pay it. It doesn't explain anything and they have just taken it out of my account when I wasn't anticipating such a payment being taken. What do I do ?

@vixta85  Your first bill will also include from when the contract started and the month ahead.   You pay pro rata so you’ve paid up until you got your bill and for the following month.
