Hi, it says I can upgrade earlier as I'm a valued customer, well it didn't let me and why make the big fuss of a new contract when it's asking to buy myself out the contact which is 2 days away dissapointed EE

@Timmytops84   To upgrade before your upgrade period you’ll have to pay off your current contract.   To upgrade for free is 45 days before your minimum term even trying to upgrade 2 days before that term will result is a request to pay off the current contract.    

 

 And if you do upgrade before your upgrade period you have to have the same or more costly than you have now and as it’s only two days away do you really want that ?
