Not getting billed

I'm not getting billed for my mobile contact.

Don't want to get caught out with large bill, so would like it sorted ASAP.

Have had lots of problems with EE staff making mistakes with the contract I signed up to. Nothing has gone right from the very beginning.

Hi @Amshep1234 

 

Do you have a My EE account set up yet? You can view and download your bills from there without any charge.

 

We offer paper bills which can be sent out in the post, which has a small charge.

Hi Chris,

It's saying I'm in credit and I definitely shouldn't be.

@Amshep1234 That does sound odd, I'm hoping that it's correct and you are in credit.

 

I'd like one of our billing guides to get this looked into for you, so I'd recommend giving them a call on 150 from your EE phone, then select options 1, 2 then 1 again.
