I'm away working in Germany and have reached my credit limit and cannot make calls to speak to ee I have no other phone available. What am o supposed to do

I've tried looking for the live chat and it's not available and as I've said I can't call so the phone numbers it useless to me

If you know your credit limit, you can make a payment towards your account to lower the total balance using our Fast Payment page.

i don't know what the credit limit is and cannot access my banking without being able to use my phone

Knowing the credit limit is not necessary, it's just to help as a guide of how much to pay towards your account. You'll need a credit/debit card to make the online payment.
We'd love to get you back up and running as quickly as possible, so if you're unable to do this you'll need access to another phone to Contact Customer Service from Abroad.

This is the problem I don't have access to another phone this is why I thought you would have web chat available for these situations. Is there anyway ee could contact me directly

If you have access to WiFi, you may be able to use the live chat service in the 'help' section of the EE App.
I appreciate that it may be a bit difficult for you, but if that doesn't work, the only option would be to call from another phone.
