Hi I received a pre contract agreement this afternoon nothing since is this normal and what dose it mean please

If you've received a confirmation email and an XKO reference, it will mean that your order has been logged.

I can check to see if the device that you've ordered is in stock for you, and the estimated wait time if you like?

What was the make, model, memory size and colour of the device that you've gone for pleaee?
