Managed to find phone on contract on 12/9/26 at 15:01pm. Got email to say order comfirmed. But had no other update since how long does it take?

Welcome to the community,

You will receive notification once the order has been dispatched, but please make sure that you have installed the DPD app, as you will receive notification the day before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window with a PIN number, which you need to show the driver before receiving your new device.

I would also check spam/junk folder for further updates as well ass your normal inbox.
