Hi, just trying to upgrade my daughters sim, it’s a multi line discount sim.
However, if I checkout on the 5gb £10 deal it shows no discount at the checkout yet it expects me to complete the purchase.
it says in the app discounts will show at the checkout. I don’t trust it, so I’m not clicking purchase, I might just move it elsewhere as EE increases this month are a joke..

@ukguy1 Are you 100% sure you are upgrading and not taking out a new contract?
As for the price increase all networks are increasing their costs the same amount as EE or even more.

Yes definitely an upgrade, it’s done from the account.
yes, I agree prices increasing everywhere but better deals are still available at specific price points.

If the plan you have chosen has already been discounted, it may not be compatible with the multi-line discount.
Our upgrades team will be happy to check if you get in touch on 150.

That never used to be the case, line discount was added regardless of the new customer price.
I’m not calling 150
Multi line used to be good when you had cheap £8 sims with no data but they’ve gone now anyway.
I’ll check other deals now the discount is slowly disappearing. Thanks for the replies
