New contract sim activation

Hi I've never been with ee before so this is a fresh contract with a new number, it's been nearly 48hrs since putting the sim in and it still hasn't activated, this is a pay monthly sim and I have called ee and they can't recognise my number and aren't sure what to do, I ordered a pixel 6 pro contract thanks.

Welcome to the community.

 

Our Customer Care team should be able to search for your account using further details of the number isn't recognised.

 

I'd recommend getting back in touch so they can find your account.

@Jon_K Thanks for the reply I have called them today and they said there is a problem on there end with new sims and it could take up to 2 weeks to activate, quite frankly I find that ridiculous
