New Phone isn't working

I received my new iphone a couple of weeks ago, after a couple of days it started hanging and freezing a couple of times a day.  Now it's freezing intermittently throughout the day and turning off. Some days Im not able to dial out on the phone either.

 

How do I go about resolving this given it's a new phone.

@eclkee  have you tried a factory reset on the device ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
