My mobile bill

I have paid my mobile phone bill via card as I always do on the 24th. It’s still not showing as being paid on my EE account and on my bank account it’s showing as taken from my available balance after pending but it’s still pending. Why is this happening this month? There’s never usually a problem.

Could be to do with the Bank Holiday Weekend, Ive noticed in the past some Long Weekends can cause issues with Banks and Pending and Cleared Payments / Amounts.
