Hello my bill each month is atrocious every month I receive it it’s shot up to £90 I understand I’m paying for a laptop which should be coming to the end. Put the phone on there. A laptop together has gone up to a horrendous amount that I’m not in a position to carry on paying somebody look into this please

@Millyminx24   There was the yearly price increase that is part of the T&Cs of your contract and that was in April.    This year that increase was 14.4% ( CPI +3,9%) and last year it was 10.4%  

 

if you’re struggling to pay your bills, you need to call customer services so something can be arranged.
