My bill and services being stopped

My bill was due on the 15th if this month  it I didn't get paid un till a few days or so later so I had to pay my bill late but when I go to pay my bill it wouldn't let me and kept telling me that there was no outstanding balance and it kept doing that till the day before last when ee tries to take payment again  ur I had other bills to pay and I'm a not work due to health issues have to keep paying my bills now they have stopped my services for unaided bills what will I do i can't seem to find  a chat feature to speak directly to them and I can't call them as I am deaf person and I don't speak very much

You need to speak to EE CS on 150. 

Chat can be located via you account or this link https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee

You need to notify EE in advance if you cannot afford your bill, rather than allowing it to default.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
