Monthly sim

Hi I’ve just ordered my son a phone for Christmas. It arrived Monday. The following day an EE sim arrived separately. I was like fab I can set it up soon. Just opened the parcel bag the phone arrived in and that has a sim also. Which do I use? Any ideas on this or will I need to contact EE.

@Vikkilou29  you should be using the Sim card that came with the phone.  I would call customer services and query the second Sim card that’s been sent.  Just pointed out if this a device on contract you’ll be billed for that contract as of now not when it’s first used
