@Comiles Yearly price increase as per your contract. £28.00 add December CPI rate of 10.5% + 3.9% equals £32.00. When you take out a contract you have to agree to the T&Cs of that contract be that verbally or online before you can actually take out a contract the yearly price increase is part of the T&Cs that you have to agree too.
