Hi there community. I was just looking through the store on the EE app as my Apple Watch recently broke. For some reason on the EE app it says I’m not eligible to purchase accessories no matter if it’s pay full or monthly? Can anyone help me thanks!

I currently pay monthly for an iPhone and on my EE app I noticed a monthly pay on accessories offer. Not able to access it on the website either as it constantly tells me to login while I’m already logged in.
