Monthly bill more than contract

My contract is for £32 per month. Why is my monthly bill always for £33.40 when I seem to have no extra charges. And this is obviously before increase in April? Does my contract not show last year’s increase? Why not? It’s very misleading.

How long have you had the contract? 

 

If you download your bill in your My EE account, do you have any extra charges showing, or is this just the plan?

I have 7 months on a two year contract. No bills show any extra charges.

It's probably worth speaking to our Mobile Care team, @Maxine_fay.

 

They have access to your bills and account so they'll be able to explain this for you.
