When going to pay my monthly bill I immediately noticed it was somewhat higher than last month.
I have no extra charges of any kind.
I have checked the FAQs and some other community posts but still have no idea what is making my bill more expensive. It's not a massive amount more but would like to know if there is a way to check if there are other influences on my monthly bill?
If not I was going to call for some help anyway, but it would be nice if there was a way for me to check myself.
Before anyone asks, I don't make calls or text off my phone and I don't go over my data limit.

Hi @KiingdomX
Anything outside of your monthly tariff will showing your bill.
There was the yearly rise in march and maybe any benefits/discount's your account had have now expired?
If you're unsure then speak to EE CS on 150.
Thanks

Hi @KiingdomX
Thanks for coming here.
If you log into your My EE account and select Bills, then download your last month's bill. Do you have any extra charges showing?
