Mobile contract

I accidentally took out a second contract last year, thinking I was upgrading.(under a lot of mental strain at the time).  I tried to sort it via the e-chat but to no avail.

My original agreement is now out of contract, and I would like to reduce my commitment to one contract but retain my original number.  Is this possible?

Hi @mojoslim,

Welcome back to the EE Community. 🙂

Sorry, it isn't possible to transfer a mobile number between two EE pay monthly plans.

James

EE won't port nos between its contracts. So you need to 1st port your existing no to another network's PAYG using a PAC from EE & then in reverse port it back to your new contract. This will also have the effect of cancelling your old contract.

You could alternatively move your old contract to PAYG with 30 days notice & then ask EE to transfer the no to your new contract.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
