Why have I been charged an extra £ 11 on a mobile number which is not mine…I accept payment on my no which is listed in my august bill..can u enlighten me please…

@Teresa200351  If you’ve been billed with a number that you do not know that you need to call customer services about this. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
