hello, I closed the contract, I paid the subscription for the last month, but now I have to pay £348, I don't understand why

@Mihaela97 Did you speak with customer service to give. 30 days notice? At the minimum term the contract changes to a 30 day rolling contract until you upgrade/terminate or request the PAC code to change that number to a different network. Or change it to PAYG. it doesn’t just terminate at the minimum term date, it requires you to do something about it.

@Mihaela97 , you will have to speak to customer service to discuss this with them, no account access here, no one knows who you are either, customer service will be able to take a look for you.

You should have received a final bill within a week of your phone being disconnected - all your charges will be listed on there.
