I have just been informed that my mobile bill will be £39+.

My No. Is **********

But I am also being charged for another mobile,can you explain?

Most importantly, this is a public internet forum and you've put your mobile number here - that's an open invitation for spammers to start contacting you. Please edit that out ASAP unless the site admins beat you to it.

Secondly, you posted the same message twice in two separate new threads, there's no need - keep all your questions on one topic to one place to save duplicated replies.

Unfortunately thirdly for you, there is no access to individual customer accounts on this public forum so no-one will have any idea as to your question! You should contact EE-CS on 150, they have access to customer accounts and can assist further.
