Mobile bill and stupid ring back

Hi I've been trying to ring you for over 1 hour. Every time I tap speak to someone I get text back that tells me someone will ring me within 15 mins. Then error message and takes me back to start. I have now repeated this 4 times. All I want is to speak to a person re my bill . I'm not happy with bill or service I have  een receiving. Please let me know how I speak to someone.

@Marley75   This is a public forum not customer services so you’ve not been trying to call anyone from here.  What you need to do is dial 150 from your phone and select option two and then select the appropriate option to what you think is related to your issue.  

What’s wrong with your bill ?    What’s wrong with the service you have been receiving ?
