Hi there,
Since upgrading my handset, my bill is now split across two payments at the same time each month - the device and the service.
While there appears to be a PDF receipt option for the monthly service payment, I am unable to locate a monthly receipt for the device payment.
I need a monthly receipt copy of both, as I use the phone for my business, and a screenshot of the "you've paid" screen may not suffice when it comes to my self assessment.
Please can a member of the team help me access these? I don't want to keep having this issue every month.

As a Device Credit Agreement/Finance, there is a payment schedule within the document that would've been signed upon taking out the plan and you are issued with an annual statement of the balance.
Similar to a loan, you are not necessarily invoiced or issued a receipt for this as you agree to the schedule of payments on signing.
It could be worth contacting customer services to see if they can do anything to provide you with some kind of payment receipt, but your mileage may vary here (as you have discovered) as you do not officially get one.
