Missed bill so they say

I keep getting letters/txt saying I still owe a bill, sometime last yr I had to change my payment date as I was getting paid on a different date. I was told that was ok, so I said should I cancel my dd as there be no money in there? She said yes it was fine. So I get a txt/ email is due & I had been paid the next day or two, I paid by card & iv got all the snapshots of my receipts, & iv even got bank statements saying iv not missed a bill & it shows that I have always paid my bills. This is so frigging annoying!

There is no customer account access on these forums. 

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150. I would recommend you speak to them asap.
