Mis-billing

I have read other posts that have the same repeat behaviour by EE.  The rates being charged are not the agreed contracted rates.  Month after month the Customer Service people say they have fixed it, in my case it is £39 a month and not £28.

They agree it is wrong and have given back the over-billing charge for the first 3 months but in month 4 they are back to billing£39 again.

I even got a ‘senior’ Customer Service person saying it was now fixed.  An hour later I was given the wrong bill again.

I have exhausted the complaints process as all we get is ignored and complaints closed to make the stats look good not because the issue is fixed.  I am now approaching the Communication Ombudsman as I believe this is a deliberate business decision.  They take £5 - £10 per customer and with 1,000,000 customers that is £5 - £10 million that is our money and not EE’s.  The Ombudsman has the authority to investigate the EE complaint process and billing for sums to which EE have no right.  I encourage anyone else in the same position to write to the Communication Ombudsman as well.

My last complaint was 21456554 but they have closed so many it could be any number
