Messaged 150 asking for itemised billing

Messaged 150 asking for itemised billing and received a standard response, NOT, repeat NOT, answering my request directly. Any more sensible suggestions - such as how to speak to a human being?

@jimdar  The 150 text service can only answer questions that it understands.  Ie BILL, AL (short for Allowance ) ROAMING, NUMBER  and a few others.  Requesting for itemised billing isn’t one of them.    You probably got back all the things you can request when you sent that message to 150.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
