Lost concract

I lost my contract, I have a business account. I cannot put my phone number on my Ipad as I can only use it for internet. I pay my monthly bill, but the EE people can't find me by my address, name and birth, so I should stop paying the bill because I'm not in the system. What can I do? I am frustrated with this situation.

Do you have a data only SIM?

The SIM should still have a number attached to it and can be found within your iPad settings.
