Hi I’ve lost my mobile I have sim only deal with you I need cancel have new one sent out

@annej41  Then you need to call customer service to report this and request a replacement SIM card.   You can do this 24 hours a day.  Please see THIS 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
