Hey anyone) I’m abroad now and wanted to leave EE. I also need to cancel my contract. Btw I’m unable to call. Is there any other ways to leave? Cause EE still charges 30£ a week.

Hi @Aziz1313,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
To cancel your EE contract without using a PAC or STAC code to move to another network, you would need to call our Customer Care Team to give 30 days notice.

f you are wanting to cease your mobile contract completely you need to contact EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your contract. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 4%.
You may also write to them giving your notice of cancellation at:
EE Customer Services
6 Camberwell Way
Sunderland
Tyne and Wear
SR3 3XN
United Kingdom
Include your name, address, EE account number and/or EE mobile number.
Your 30-days notice will be taken from when they receive your letter.
