Keep number

Just wondering if anyone is able to help , I recently had a contact end but it completely took my number away from me I was waiting for it to be up to get a pac code , will I be able to get my number back now if I phoned up , what would I do about this as I want to keep the same number

Hi @Cxl3AD I've had the same number since I was 13, and I'd hate to loose it, so I can understand the need to make sure that you keep the number.

Did you call to cancel your contract? for contracts to close, customers need to call or write in to cancel off a line, this wouldn't happen automatically.

If you've previously cancelled, but want to re-activate the line and request a PAC, I'd recommend giving our disconnections team a call on 03301 231 105 and they can see if it's possible to get it reconnected for you.
