How can I request an itemised bill? This should be an effortless task, and I have yet to find a straightforward solution, other than SAR? Why are there no clear guidelines on the app or my account, please?

Fully itemised billing is a chargeable extra which can be requested via CS on 150. It will be effective from the point of requesting it, and is not retrospective.

A subject-access-request is the alternative means of requesting some of the same data.

@Graciebarra01 , you can also download your itemised bill and print it out if you so wish.
