Itemised bill

Hello, 

I was wondering if it's possible to request the itemised bill for the last 5 months. I can see the last 30 days but would like to check previous months too.

Do you normally receive itemised billing? Have you checked your account?

This is not customer service but a public forum, so otherwise you would have to ring them to request this if it is not in your account.

Not unless you are already paying for Itemised Billing @ £2.50 pm. It is not retrospective.
