Can someone please help me. Every month I have to call and ask for an invoice for my account. I don't have the option to see it online and they pass it on to different people until someone gets it, every month I have to do this, it's very stressful. Does anyone know what I can do in this situation?

Is it a personal or business account? Have they said what is causing the problem with your account.

Hi, 

Yes, it is a business account. I managed to get the invoices from November to January, but every time I have to call and they can't explain to me what is happening.

It sounds like there could be a technical issue stopping you from viewing your bills, @7Ganton 

Until that's fixed the only way to get these will be by speaking with our Business Support team.
