I have been billed £41.04 for a single overseas call allegedly made on 09/12/22. I did not make any overseas call so how can I investigate this and claim a refund too.

Does the call show in your phone's log?
You will need to call CS on 150 and speak to an agent, to discuss your individual account charges.
