Incorrect charges for plan

I switched my contract to a sim only as it was the end of the contract. However, this is the second month and they’ve been charging me for both phone and sim. Called the first month and they said I should get a refund the next month and the bill should correct itself. I am so upset and will be escalating if they don’t fix it.

@Saada1  if you change to a Sim only then that would only come into affect once you’ve reached your minimum term you are not changed to the sim only the moment you can upgrade from a full device contract.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I’ve reached the end of my term. I shouldn’t be charged for it anymore. I called and they confirmed I reached the end of the term. Being charged is a shock to me because I called and asked before before the end of the contract and then I switched.
