Dear Provider,
I am writing to tender my displeasure on a continuous charges been posting into my account after the contract I had with the company has ended.
I have a two year contract with EE commencing on 11/06/2024 and ended on 10/06/2026. I was unhappy for still seeing some balance in my account after paying for 24 months with no missed payments.
I am using this medium to inform you that I did not signed any extension to the contract and I am not expecting any addition billing in that account. Henceforth, I am urging you to clear off the balance and close the account ASAP.
Thank you for your co-operation.
Regards,
Oluseyi

Firstly notified mods as personal info.posted.
Secondly, when your contract ends it doesn't just stop it goes onto a 30 day rolling basis. You'll have received a text giving you options. If you want the number it can stay with EE or get a pac code to change suppliers. If not you have to contact customer service by call & give 30 days notice. Highly unlikely you'll gey a refund too just for doing nothing your side when it ended

Unfortunately for yourself, there is some misunderstanding with regards to the nature of your contract.
EE's contracts, in line with standard industry practice, are not fixed-term contracts that end on a particular date. One natural consequence of that would be all phones are disconnected as a matter of course on the relevant date, which would cause quite a few complaints and potentially put many users at unnecessary risk.
You have a rolling contract for provision of mobile service, which comes with a 2year minimum-term but a 30day notice period regardless. The previous post has mentioned the comms you should receive when a phone is approaching the end of its minimum-term, but ultimately the choice of what to do has to be that of the account holder.
If you wish to give 30days notice to cancel now, you should do so by contacting EE-CS on 150. Your line will remain live until you have given & served that notice, and charges will correctly incur until then.
