Hello EE,
My name is Esther , I joined EE last month , 21st of February precisely on a sim only contract.
I was surprised to be debited this morning 3rd of March, instead of 21st of March.
Kindly look into it , because my last payment is expected to run for 1 month that is from 21st of February to 21st of march .
Thank you

You always pay your monthly fees a month in advance. Your 1st bill will consist of:
- The few days from 21 Feb before your 1st bill was posted in arrears.
- The month in advance from when your 1st bill was posted.
- The dates in the above are complicated by the the fact that the day when you paid on 3 Mar is your payment date & is about 7 days after your bill was posted. So your 1st bill was probably posted on 24 Feb.

No please , your response isn't helpful.
I joined ee on 21st of February from lyca .
Did sim only contract which means I am only paying for subscription.
Lyca mobile discontinued their service and ee didn't put me back online until 24th of February .
My next payment should be 21st of March.
Not 3rd of march .
Can I have a number to call so I can explain better ? .
Or are you saying that the data monthly subscription I paid on 21st of February expired on 2nd of march (9days) ?
I am not pleased with this service.
I need more clarification.
Thank you

I'm just saying you pay 1 month in advance with all mobile firms' contracts.
