No one has account access.
But you should follow the advice on this page
It’s important you report your device as lost or stolen as soon as you know it’s gone.
call 150 from an EE phone
call 07953 966 250 from any other phone (at standard rates)
call +44 7953 966 250 from abroad (at international call rates)
You can call us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to report your device as lost or stolen.
Once you've reported your device as lost or stolen:
we can block your device so no-one else can use it on our network, and suspend your account (you can add a password in case you find it later)
we can send you another SIM card (charges will apply for delivery) or you can pop into one of our stores to get one for free
if you have itemised billing on your account, you can log in to My EE where you can view your most recently dialled numbers

I have lost my phone, so I cancelled the direct debit, and tried to call your landline but couldn't get through. I have spent over an hour trying to contact you. Please let me know someone has received this message.

@xxxx8 If this is a device on contract you still have to pay for that contract. This could effect your credit score if you don’t rectify this before you’re billing date.

@xxxx8 : You don't! Just cuz you lost your phone doesn't mean you can stop paying for it. Cancelling your DD puts you at risk of your credit rating being marred & you being chased by debt collectors. All you need to do is report its loss to CS to get it blocked, as directed above.
