I want to cancel my mobile monthly subscription

I want to cancel my monthly mobile subscriptions and donot want EE Sim internet subscription also . What to do ? please help me .

If you are wanting to cease your mobile contract completely you need to phone EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your contract. Otherwise if you intend to move to another network, either taking your existing no. with you or not, get your PAC or STAC respectively from EE & give it to your new provider. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 4%.

Hi on the 9/30/23 I asked for pac code to switch to idmobile. I've waited near a month and had no text off I'd mobile to say change over . I have phoned and I have tried  in touch with ee. To say cancel number but to no avail.  To say please cancel sim and number. Because getting charged for phone of id and sim from ee. Could you please help me I am useless with phones and getting stressed thankyou.

If your PAC code is not used your account won't close. 

Have you passed your PAC code over to ID mobile?
