You can keep the phone number by requesting a PAC code to transfer it to another network, or if you want to remain with EE and change to a pay as you go, then ring them and get it changed, no need for PAC code, but remember, if you have not come to the end of your minimum term, then you will have to pay the rest of your contract.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@soniaanneknight This isn’t customer services it’s a public forum that you’ve posted your phone number on. That means anyone on the Internet and comes to this forum can see your phone number.

As for keeping your number read the above comments.
