Hello, my contract ends today. I am formally confirming that I do not want to renew or enter into any new contract under any circumstances.

I want my account moved to Pay As You Go immediately after my contract ends. Please ensure that no new contract or charges are applied.

Kindly confirm once this has been completed and let me know if anything further is required from me.
