I recently added broadband to my phone contract but mobile bill hasn’t come down

Hi everyone, first post here

in January I decided to take up the ee offer of broadband and mobile as its much cheaper than virgin broadband. The deal I signed up to was roughly £45 a month. £33.99 for broadband (and landline) + £11 for mobile. 

However when I log into the ee app it’s still showing my old contract price (£31.39). How do I get ee to change this? Thanks

I definitely recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team following @Chris_B's advice. They'll be able to check to make sure the correct plan and discounts are added.

Welcome to the community.

It may be that the bill that is showing there was from before the discount was applied.

If you go to Manage, than Mobile and SIMs and then See all add-ons and inclusive extras, does it show the discount there?

Thanks for replying Michael, there is no discount showing on the see all add ons screen you mentioned. The only thing that’s showing is a £4 discount. I tried phoning ee on Monday mornings but it’s just an automated line, no humans 

@Solo_runner  the virtual service is option one when you call customer service services on 150 if you listen to the options given you want to select  option 2 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
