Welcome to the community.

As @bristolian mentioned, there is a 14 day return period for phones ordered online or over the phone. This doesn't apply to store orders.

If you have ordered online or over the phone and have already received the phone, you can follow the steps on our Returning a mobile device or SIM (within 14 days) page.

If you've not received it yet, and haven't had notice that it has been dispatched, the best option is to call our customer service guides, and they can see if the order can be cancelled before it is sent out.

I ordered the wrong mobile device,I thought the 10 pro was the bigger phone, would I be able to swap this phone

This forum isn't a real-time contact method.

Online & telesales purchases in the UK come with a statutory 14days "change of mind" right of return, no such right exists on face-to-face purchases in retail stores.

Therefore the answer to your question depends where you bought your phone.
