My tracking number doesn't work and I paid upfront £300 for the device but I haven't received any messages saying if it has gone through or when it's expected to be delivered so I'm starting to worry.
Someone please advise me what to do because my tracking reference doesn't work.

If tracking doesn't work you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
